Caramel apple dip

Ingredients:
1 regular size tub cool whip
1 brick cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract 
1 tub Marzetti's caramel apple dip
1 bag broken heath bar pieces, with chocolate coating
Pretzels 

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix cool whip, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. Electric mixer works best.
Spread the white mixture in a 13x9 pan.
Heat the marzetti caramel dip for 45 seconds, roughly. Just so it's warm enough to be spreadable. Then spread it evenly over white base. 
Finally, sprinkle heath pieces as topping.
Serve with pretzels or apples or whatever you want.
