Snack Crack 2.0 (Carmel Puff corn) - Calizero - 04-16-2019

Oven to 250

8 ounces of bag Puff Corn
1 cup of butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Put puff corn in large roster pan

In a pot bring butter, sugar, and corn syrup to a boil then cook for 2 min

Stir in baking soda (this will make the mixture get fluffy)

Pour over puff corn in roaster and bake for 45min stirring every 15 min

Spread on was paper to cool
